The Final Detail

So everyone of us flipped for at least one person in a lifetime, but you wouldn't know the tricks behind it. You will tried to deny it at first, but certainly you couldn't help it.

When you did flipped for someone, others asked: "What are the reasons behind it?"

Then you will stopped and starts to think back again, yeah, how did I fall in love with him or her?

Most of us got the same answers when it comes to this:  

Or like what Juli Baker actually said: 'It's something about his dazzling eyes.'

Well, it's hard to say that answer is wrong, because people are observing people through their eyes.

For example, when a man see a pretty woman, that man would say: 'Oh god, she is so damn gorgeous. I should have her numbers!' In that case, you think that you are flipped, but things would turns out to be a mess if what your eyes saw is a mirage. How about if that woman appear as a haggard and ugly one? I'm sure everybody knows what would happen with the chemicals reacted inside the man's stomach. I bet he would said something nasty about it!

The previous case is that a man 'meets' a pretty woman, so here's another case where a man 'loves' a woman. When a man really loves a woman, he wouldn't care if she is not pretty enough, or she is rude in some ways, because love never counts on these sort of characters. In other words, the man thinks that she is the one that shining bright among any other so called 'beautiful girls' ,even if she really does looks plain to anybody.

And, this book has actually come up with a really good quotes:

But the truth is, most of us found 'beauty' that shown on the outside to be 'iridescent', no people will ever care how beautiful your heart is. Therefore, most of us chase after people that are in satin, in gloss, but in the end, you will know how absurb is your mind, especially after you have been hurt by someone wrapped in gold but rusty in the inside!

When you really did loves someone, there's no need to have any resons at all, totally. Maybe you could say, erm, I like him, his hair smells like watermelon:

So you sniff him all day long, because he is smelling good. Okay, you can do whatever you like on the person you really adores, but then you won't think that you are stupid when you are doing all those silly things! In my opinion, when you really does loves him, even if he smells like a bucket of eye yolks pouring over his hair, you could still smells watermelon with your nose.  

Ya, things always happen that way. But before you falls for someone, just think about one thing:

Just like another quotes inside the book: 'Get beyond his eyes and his smile and the sheen of his hair -- Look at what's really there.'

In simple words, you can't just looks at his dazzling eyes and his smiles and all that, you have to see the whole landscape of it, or else you will be the one who lefted miserable in the end. If you found out that he is not worth it, just dump away your feelings towards him, because no matter how much you loves a person, you have to pretect yourself from being hurt. If you don't, you let him in, then the consequences would be like a circle, like he hurt you, then you hurt him back, which means you are hurting yourself. That's not fair for you.

So, wake up before you indulge, it may be painful, but it's better than a whole lot of greater pain in the future. That's what I really learnt from this nice movie. Thanks god, I felt more relieved now after the writing! Time for my pillow and quilt!
